This is the introductory chapter, where your readers meet all the characters. For simplicity’s sake, it might be best if they already know each other. The FMC might have been attracted to both guys for years, or it’s a recent development. If she’s suppressed her attraction, it’s because she can’t imagine choosing between them. Something shifts in this chapter to let her know there is a possibility she can have both. (Like she heard a rumor they share.) Or, she’s tired of waiting/playing it safe, and she lets them know she’s interested in both of them.
