There are no refunds due to the nature of the products offered.
Seller’s Terms and Conditions for Outlines
Custom outlines will be emailed by the agreed-upon return-by date.
Premade outlines are sold as-is, without revisions. Unless we drastically miss the mark after you complete the questionnaire, revisions are limited to minor changes and one request for custom plots. For outlines, payments are non-refundable but can be used for other products as a store credit if your need for an outline changes. Plot packs and custom plot purchases never expire.
Intellectual Property Waiver
The rights to any characters or concepts detailed in the outline belong fully to the purchaser. The creator of the outline waives all rights to any intellectual property resulting from the author’s use of the outline. Similarly, TnT waives any perceived intellectual rights to works created from using our Storybuilders and QuickGuides.
